Ping An of China Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited set up the Asset Management Department and was licensed by the HK SFC for Regulated Activity 9: Asset Management in 2012. Leveraging on team members’ experience in the financial industry and the internal project and risk management system, the Asset Management Department focuses on private equity investments to offer global investment opportunities to our clients. In addition, new products such as portfolio of publicly traded securities and discretionary accounts are under development.

In 2016, the PE fund managed by the Asset Management Department won the “Most Innovative Product” award of the Chinese Asset Management Association of Hong Kong.
