IPO Cash Subscription

• You can access our official website or App, or contact our Customer Service Department or your account executive for application
• Subscribe with the available cash balance in your account
• Handling charges are collected separately in addition to the subscription amount and are non-refundable

IPO Financing

• Maximum loan amount of IPO financing is up to 90% of subscription amount, which means the deposit is as low as 10% of subscription amount
• Respective ratio and credit limit are subject to be reassessed based on market situation until the quota has been fulfilled
• Handling and financial charges are collected separately in addition to the subscription amount and are non-refundable

Subscription Period

• We accept application from the date of offering listed on relevant prospectus to 12:00 p.m. of the trading day before deadline of subscription. No delayed application will be accepted.

Announcement of effective subscription

• Clients who have successfully subscribed to the IPO can view their allotted shares in their holding position on the date specified in the relevant prospectus.

Capital Refund

• Capital will be refunded to clients’ own trading account at Ping An Securities (Hong Kong) on the refund date specified on the relevant prospectus.
• Client can withdraw the relevant capital on the next working day of the refund date.
