Please include as much information as possible when filing the complaint, including but not limited to (1) your personal information: your name, phone number, email address, account number (if any); and (2) the summary of the complaint: date of incident, contract/product/market(name or code), execution platform, to help us identify and review the matter as soon as possible.
It is expected that an acknowledgement of a complaint will be issued within seven days of receipt and a final response within two months under normal circumstances. Depending on the complexity of the complaint or exceptional circumstances beyond our control, there is a possibility that the assessment and investigation time may be extended. We will keep you updated on the status of the complaint.
