To safeguard your interests, the Company hereby reminds all clients and the public: Do not disclose any account information to any unverified website or third party. Do not click on hyperlinks contained in suspicious SMS messages or emails, even if the relevant webpages appear genuine or reliable. If you receive a suspected fraudulent website, or a suspicious SMS message or email purportedly sent by the Company, please verify its authenticity by contacting PASHK through the customer service hotline at +852 3762 9778 (Hong Kong) or +86 400 841 1061 (Mainland China), or by email at cs.pacshk@pingan.com If you have inadvertently disclosed any information or discovered any unusual transactions in your account, please contact our customer service team immediately through the customer service hotline. You should also report the matter to the relevant law-enforcement agency as soon as possible, including consult the Commercial and Technology Crime Hotline of the Hong Kong Police Force at +852 2860 5012, or Anti-Deception Coordination Centre at “Anti-Scam Helpline 18222”, or report the case to the e-Report Centre or Hong Kong Police Force Report Rooms. For the latest fraud alerts, please refer to the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre. The Company will cooperate fully with law-enforcement agency in investigating the above fraudulent activities in order to protect its reputation and lawful rights and interests.
