- Client may call our Customer Service Department to give fund withdrawal instruction to a bank account which has been registered with us
- Please send us the “Withdrawal Instruction” form available at Form Download center, along with proof of the recipient's bank account (such as a bank statement showing the name and account number) by fax or email to cs.pacshk@pingan.comfor fund withdrawal to a bank account which has not registered with us
- We DO NOT accept fund withdrawal to a third party bank account
